This is the most atrocious experience I've ever had! I bought floor tickets for the Rihanna concert in chicago through stubhub and when I went to the venue, I was told that those tickets were fraudulent. When I called stubhub from the venue, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and the customer service rep said that he will refund the amount I have paid. That is less than the minimum they could do because we have expended our time, energy and more into this event. They said their executive customer service will call us to reimburse if we get tickets from a counter at that moment. But they have not guaranteed us a refund of the tickets if we bought them. Top say the least, I have been really unsatisfied and disgruntled with their customer service. First of all, they should not have fraudulent tickets. When they do, they should have offered a refund and free tickets for customers who screwed right at the venue. Never buy tickets from stubhub. Their customer service SUCKS!!!
