On 8/6 I attempted to purchase 3 tickets (to be downloaded at home) to an LA Angels baseball game on stubhub.com. The email I received from stubhub stated my order had been canceled. I was still billed for the canceled order. When I contacted Stubhub.com I was told the refund would take 3 to 5 days. When I asked to speak to someone else regarding this matter I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours. It has been 3 days and nobody from stubhub has contacted me, futhermore, the charge is still on my account. Do not use stubhub they illegally charge you for undelivered goods. I have called again and have gotten the same runaround answer of "someone will call you".
