I purchased the Kitchenaid 6 Quart Pro 60 Stand Mixer on November 25. I received it a couple of weeks later in December.
The mixer was defective so I contacted the customer service line. The lady suggested to either exchange it or get a refund. I decided to exchange it.
As there were no return label in the box, the customer service representative told me to go online and print a Canada Post label, which I did.
On January 8, I went to Canada Post and shipped the mixer. A few weeks later I had not received the exchange so I contacted customer service who told me the mixer never arrived.
I misplaced the label tracking number and I was told that without it there was no way to find the box.
I contacted Canada Post and they too advised me that they needed the tracking number to locate the box.
The box had to arrive at the shipping center, it is impossible to miss as it is quite large. My name is on it as well. There has to be another way for items to be found, just the tracking number is not enough to find an item.
I am writing to seek your help, the mixer is $440.68 and I cannot afford to lose this money.
