Multiple times I have tried to contact this stroe by phone, and each experience has been the same as it was today. Today, I was on hold for 16 minutes before someone picked up the phone. I called to see if an item was in stock before traveling to the store because the on line information is not always accurate. The only time I go to that location anymore, is if there is a particular item a family member would like, and it is not available anywhere else. I avoid that store like the plague. For Christmas, two years ago, I even went as far as to return every item I got from that store because the service was so bad, I didn't want them to have my money. I would rather have spent it elswhere.
The only time I would recommend this store is if you have absolutely nothing else to do in your life and have lots of time to spare.
I would like to end this byt saying, the individual I talked to after waiting 16minutes to speak to someone was nice, helpful and very apologetic. I like to give credit where cedit is due. She is the first person I have dealt with in that store that was that helpful and I have lived in this area for almost 40 years.
