About a week ago, I had just gotten out of the hospital, exhausted, weak I dreaded food shopping and lifting my huge amount of items on the belt. The cashier extremely friendly as was concerned could tell I wasn't in the best shape. Not aware of my severe physical disability (she didn't know), never did I mention that, she was very kind to help bag very light not heavy. (cashier Kazumi) as well as another GSTL Maryanne, she knew I was going home without help so she suggested putting only cold in same bags and then they both worked as a great team making sure when Kazumi helped me to my car she put the cold items where I could get those in and the non perishable could stay until my son got home from school he'd help with the non cold items. I give these two employees a compliment for such patience, listening and the capacity of a customers needs never once sighing nor hesitating I was a problem. Dedication and their PR skills are A please reward them however your policy allows and a copy of this letter in each of their file. My experience was excellent and I am there weekly between your very professional pharmacy and shopping. Thankyou truly for training of your employees where Customers are definetly #1 concern, it really shows and helped me get home with less worry since these two ladies really made everything so much easier for me.
Fondly,
Ellen Stephens
