I have been waiting for two months for the two items i ordered.
1. Even though the items are identical, they decided to ship them separately
2. After I called them with concerns, they sent me an email with a post office address
3. Much to my personal dismay, I had to spend two hours in the post office, only to find out that the item was never there
4. On my account, it states that one of my items was delivered - I have never received it.
5. I called again, was kept on hold for 15 minutes and then the call dropped
6. When i finally got a live person to speak to me, i was informed that I can not get my money back without a 3 week investigation
This is the worst experiece I had with an online shopping company! Go with someone else who knows a thing or two about customer service!!!
