I was given a Nook as a gift 2 years ago. I have contacted Barnes & Noble 3 times for issues related to its online store and have failed to receive a response once. The most recent case was when my account was suspended for purchasing ebooks outside of Canada/USA (I travel around Asia a lot). This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced (and I have experienced customer service all over China and Southeast Asia. Places not known for customer service). I strongly encourage anyone considering an ebook reader purchase NOT to buy a nook.
