I was on vacation in Miami October 29 to November 3th. I bought a security camara, sony Proyector VPLDS100, Home Theater Panasonic and a Proyection Screen.
The Salesman named Luis said that our purchase of US $3,053.00 will be charged to my two credit cards in 24 monthly installments and it was charged in one shot. The proyection screen he showed us and the one we bought was automatic and they sent to us a mannual one. He said he will send the Home Theater and proyection screen by DHL prepaid freight. It was sent collect.
I have called them many times and now they say Luis does not work there. I have spoken to Pedro and to Tony and everybody plays the game that they do not know what's happening. I have been spending a fortune calling and calling and for nothing.
According to them the stores send merchandise to latinamerica, but the way they do business is terrible: they do not answer the phone calls, they lie (each person says a differente story) and they do not give the customer what they have promised.
