Ripoff in internet advertisement advertized a sale price but would not honor it St. Petersburg Florida

I was searching on HSN internet site and found item number 695-502 (Moc-Croc tote bag) on sale for $14.90, the regular price was $23.90.

Tried to purchase on-line but kept being charged the full price. I called their number and got a representative that agreed that the internet showed a sale price of $14.90, but she could not give me that price and referred me to an account representative. He agreed that the price shown on the internet was $14.90 but would not sale it at that price. No negotiations at all.

Seems to me that this would be false advertising. He also informed me that the sale was over at noon, but nothing on the web showed this.

Be very carefull when trying to deal with these folks, what you see isn't necessarilly what you get!
