I bought a 'bundle' of a Panasonic TZ30 camera together with a 3" LCD protector for the camera screen. The camera arrives with a user manual in some foreign language so I am unable to understand the basic instructions for the camera. The 3" screen protector is not 3" and is too small for the screen. On contacting the company to express my dissatisfaction I am told that the screen protector is correct it is universal screen protector and it does not matter that it does not cover the complete screen. I have requested a refund but have had no reply back. The invoice with the product does not contain any business address and nor does there web site. I would avoid dealing with this company in the future!"!
