Ripoff took 25.00 out of mt account and didn't send me my big screen tv kit

I bought the big screen tv kit from max theater they took my money but didn't send me my item. Plus i e-mail them and have'nt heard a thing. I would like my money back that they ripped off from me. I think they should be procecuted. There phony.
