I was interested in a set of wheels and came accross the Wheelsperformance website. Looking through the site and i like what i found for my car. The next morning on the way to work i gave a call over to wheelsperformance. I spoke to the manager name Luis. Luis told me my wheels will take 2 weeks for build and shipped to my door.
One week goes by and i gave luis a call to see the status of the wheels. Luis stated that the wheels were almost done and i will have them by next week. I explain to luis that i will be going out of town and i will be back in 2 weeks and someone will be home to recieve the wheels and tires.
3 weeks later...
Came home from vacation and found out my wheels were not here. I gave Luis a call and someone told me that he wasnt in. I asked the status of my order and the employee explain to me 3 more weeks. I gave it 2 more days. I called again on the 3 day home from vacation and spoke to luis. I asked luis, where are my wheels, you told me 2 weeks and i would have them. Luis had told me that the manufacture messed up my wheels and they are rebuilding them. I asked luis, how much longer is it going to take? Luis stated that he doesnt know how much longer its going to take. I asked luis since your the manager, you must be able to find out something. Luis said he would give me a call back in 20 mins. Never called me back. Ive called there twice a day for 1 week and got the run around. Nothing but LIES...
I went ahead and called my credit card to get my refund for 2500.00 for the dep. They took. I recieve an email 2 days after the charge back from wheelsperformance and told me that i couldnt do the charge back. I said screw you, you guys are taking my money and not touching base with me. So i hang up. I recieve a call from MR. LUIS, all i can say, if i found out that a employee, manager, or anyone from my business spoke to a customer they way he spoke to me, FIRED on the SPOT!!!
I dont think i would ever send anyone to that company to purchase any products from them.
