Absolutely horrible online retailer. It's like shopping at an online junkyard. Items arrive not as described, broken and/or non-functioning/defective, cloths that tear during their wash, etc. Ordered less and less from them over a period of a year, as more and more problems kept occurring. Final straw was receiving a Calvin Klein shirt from them that was clearly not made by Calvin Klein (I have been buying CK shirts for over 10 years). I.E. It was a fake.
Absolutely zero quality control.
Only good thing about this company is whenever you file a complaint, they automatically offer you a $10 credit. I guess with so many faulty products sold, its their quick way to appease angry customers. The $10 hardly covers your time wasted though. Will never purchase from them again.
