Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a set of Lennox tumblers from Macy's 1/4. The receipt claimed they were on back order and would be shipped 1/24. I still haven't received them so I called today. I was told that the order was cancelled and the money was put back on my card. Then I was told it was cancelled because they were discontinued. I asked why a phone call wasn't place to informed me of this. He apologized and said he would locate a store that had the tumblers and have them send them to me. I was put on hold for over 48 minutes while Pat Luza attempted to locate a store that had them. He came back on after two failed attempts and said he would continue to try if I waited. I asked if he could call me when he got a store that had them. He called me back within 20 minutes and said he had a woman who could help me. He then attempted to transfer me... No answer and the call disconnected. I called back and spoke to a Carlos who told me that NO stores carry the product. So did Pat lie about finding a store that had one? Or was Carlos unwilling to look around? I still don't have my glasses and am not happy about it!
