Ten days ago I sent a detailed complaint to Macy's online and received an automated e-mail reply from their International Customer Service. It indicated that I would receive a response to my complaint within 36 hours. Ten days later... Nothing.
My complaint was about two employees at the Bellingham, WA Macy's Home Store who spoke about a great deal on a food processor that was on the counter in front of me. I told the male employee that I wished to purchase it but as they indicated in their conversation another employee did a walk by, looked at it and said she would take it. I again stated that I wished to purchase it as I had told him 10 minutes before but they ignored me and put it aside.
