I received a bill on November 22,04 from Premier Premium Comm. For a service that was impossible since I wasn't home on the date billed. The bill was for a web site from United Kingdom for 6 min at $30.00. They state that a person would have to read the policy before proceeding to a paid web site, Never Happened.
The solution - their web site is an automated system to key words - FCC, FBI, New Channel 12 is what I placed on the name part of the form from the website to dispute the charges. I explanned it would have been impossible and I had contacted the Ft Worth BBB. If this was not handled I would report it to the FCC.
I received the first automated response to let me know they received my email. Within a minute, I had the automated response that appoligized for the mistake and nothing else would happen, signed by George - the automated system. Use those key words to fight back and follow thru if nothing is settled.
