When I received my monthly phone bill from a charge of $15.40 had been added on the bill by OAN Services INC. They were calling it a (PRIVASAFE EMAIL SVC MONTHLY FEE).
When I tried to contact OAN Services I was directed to a consumer voice mail box which told me to press 1 for disconnect. Tried several times with no luck reaching OAN, same answer everytime.
I then called phone company told them what had happened, They told me their was nothing they could do. I then told them I would pay their portion of the bill and to cancel my phone service with them since they couldn't help prevent fradulent charges. This happen on 11/22
