When a good friend's husband was killed in Iraq, I called information to find a local florist in her town in Kansas to send a sympathy plant. I was given a local number and a local sounding name.
When I called, I was informed it was "Flowers with Gifted Elegance". I had no idea I was transferred to New Jersey.
I thought all was well, until I attended the funeral service. I noticed that the plant never arrived. I immediately called the company to find out where the plant was. I kept getting transferred to customer service, which never called me back. My friend's plant still hasn't arrived, I have never gotten a call back, even from a manager whom I personally left a message.
I'm calling my local news channel to do a report on this company, because I don't want anyone else to have to put up Flowers with Gifted Elegance's unethical practices.
