was sent earrings not as described, returned them. I have a return receipt. I have emailed at least 7 times called 6 times today. Someone physically answers the phone then puts you on hold when they find out its about a refund, then when you are on hold the voicemail comes on and says this line is busy and please leave a message. WHAT A JOKE!!! LEAVE MESSAGE? They dont respond to any Now I'm out 112.45 BUYERS BEWARE!!!
