My verizon bill of August included several charges for international calls to Tuvalu, the United Kingdom and Guyana, all occurred in a period of one week. I was charged a total of $643.85 for these international calls. Needless to say, Verizon was not much help in resolving this issue only providing that the calls are computer dialed calls. I have made numerous attempts to contact USBI via their website, "billview.com." It is now November, and I have not received one response to my numerous inquiries. Verizon has sent my bill including these charges into collections.
I have no problem paying for a service if in fact I have used the particular service!!! However, all of the calls that I mentioned, occurred when I was not at home and at outrageous times, such as 2:41am. Ive been scammed and I'll be damned if Im going to pay for it.
