Two calls charged on behalf of USBI entered on my Verizon statemant for Aug. 2004. The sub heading is "Miscellaneous Charges". Call 1 on Aug. 25 reads - Universal SE $1.25, Call2 reads Save4Less LD $13.90. I have no idea what these calls are and certainly not made by me. If I deduct these charges from my total payment to Verizon, doesn't that put me in conflict with them?
