My daughter recently purchased a star wars lego set for my grandson for Xmas from the Target in Dardenne Prairie, Mo. Unfortunately, on Xmas morning, the set was opened and a bogus, obviously used and totally unrelated Lego set was found inside! She tried to return it on 12/26 at the same store, but was told by the manager on duty that how were they to know that she hadn't made the bogus switch herself. This is not only insulting and infuriating, but it is extremely poor customer relations. I want to know what you're planning to do about this!
