We were told that he would be able to stop the sale on our house and he never did. We paid him $2000 and he demanded another $2000 to help us stay or we would lose our home. We did pay him then we were foreclosed and evicted from our home.
He says he was able to get the loans eliminated by filing some kind of title change and asking for allodial title... Well it doesnt exist in CA. He is a scammer, his biggest excuses are, Im sorry but I am in court, or I will be traveling i will have to call you back. HES A LIAR!!! How many families has he hurt... Dont listen to a word he says... He uses God and the Bible, he is evil himself for using GOD, to do his bad deeds.
He'll play on your emotions and use you and take your money, do a title search on the names of properties he stole from people and ultimately properties were foreclosed... Fred dorton fee simple trust... Report him to fbi, there are many people out there and many more who havent come forward!
