I went to Toys R Us and purchased a set of lego. It was missing all nine figures from the box. I went to return the box the next day. The store manager would not allow me to return or exchange the item so I could get a full set even though he could not guarantee that the box was not opened. I called corporate to get a resolution and they said that the only person who could make that decision was the store managers. How a company as large as Toys R Us does not have power to make decisions at the corporate level is incredible.
