Did not send the merchandise we ordered-the picture showed a lego box and we got a brochure for $80

This is the second time we ordered from this company and they showa picture of a lego set and do not send what is in the picture but a small lego figure and a brochure to build the set but no lego set! We have been ripped off for over a hundred dollars and my son so diappointed thinking he was going to receive what was in the picture.
