After two months went by and I was getting collection notices for the doctors bill I decided to call Fred Meyers, I was informed my that they had no claim file.
We'll to make a long story short because their employees decided to round file my incident report, So Fred Meyers thinks there is no liability on them. Is there a law against this? Fred Meyers should have to report any accidents shouldnt they???
My Insurance is paying the bill but the collection went on my credit report.
