T-Moble has charges us again for Roaming when non of our family phones have been out of the USA.
T-Moble is doing right here in Washington state, and with the temerity of 9 miles from their headquarters buildings in Bellevue.
They corrected the first event they did to us in in November. After they put in our file, that they would turn off any roaming connections to our phones, they simply did it again.
No customer service at T-moble, customer service person # 334119 tells us T-moble will not back down, and that we are to pay them.
Fortunately we have a good attorney and his primary expertise is Consumer Fraud.

In other words, this roaming scam is a "pattern and practice, policy and custom" to defraud the consumers. I'm going for trebel damages.
My attorney wants to go to District Court because the dollar limit is $50K, but We may still go to Small Claims Court because, like most state, the dollar limit is small, (its $5K in WA), but the outcome cannot be appealed.
Any defendant when given the summons to Small Claims may force it up to District, but we are prepared for that. I have lots so much time with my work its terrible.
My wife had her phone cut off by T-Mobile, while she was at work as a nurse with a remote location while tending to a critical care patient (I'm not exaggerating), because I told T-Moble customer service I will take them to court.
These T-Mobile people are skunks. I strongly urge folks to get loose of T-Mobile quickly, before T-Mobile does this to you.
If you look at T-Mobile corporate web site, you can see that T-Moble has more Vice Presidents than Ford, Microsoft or Lockheed over in Bellevue WA. They need lots of victims cash to feed that beast.
