Stay away from First stop Moble homes, they are scams, they tell you that you are approved for your morgage, they get you very excited and then tell you your not approved unless you come up with more money! Also me as the seller, I only wanted $18.500 in my pocket for my moble home and they are telling the buyer $24.000.. They try and make 30% commission instead of the normal 10%,
