Joined these guys 5 months ago. Everything seemed okay, phone was turned on same day. They gave voice mail free for first 3 months. Then, $4.95 per month, called and cancelled. Next bill $5.95 month, plus never cancelled voice mail month before. Now they tell me I never cancelled. But if I want to pay $19 fee, they will turn off voice mail. They will not take voice mail off, they will not refund me the money for the 2 months I didn't want it and now they want to charge me an administration fee to cancel the voice mail I have never used, and don't want. So have to cancel the phone and go elsewhere. I guess they really don't care about their customers and they are the happy phone company like the ad states.
