Made a purchase online to this date no merchandise or REFUND placed order 12/20

I went online to make a purchase at Walmart, i purchased two items, one item was delivered the other item today date has not been delivered nor have i recd MY REFUND... This is unacceptable, this order was place 12/20 order #2677295-071975 amt OWED $43.47... Refund my money immediately... Poor customer service... I was never notified about the delay of delivery at all... Refund my funds please. Thank YOU
