Online Order Undelivered and $43.47 Refund Not Received Since 12/20

I went online to make a purchase at Walmart, I purchased two items, one item was delivered the other item today date has not been delivered nor have I recd my refund... This is unacceptable, this order was place 12/20 order #2677295-071975 amt owed $43.47... Refund my money immediately... Poor customer service... I was never notified about the delay of delivery at all... Refund my funds please. Thank you
