3rd Party Long Distance Phone Billing ripoff SBC bill submitted for UK calls when no one home

Bill for calls to the UK when no one home. Calls were overlapping such as Time: 4:19pm 6 min; 4:20pm 6 min; 4:22pm 6 min; etc. Billed amount $375.

SBC reversed charges to Tellis and blocked any futher calls from being sent through Tellis. Tellis phone number constantly busy. Never able to contact Tellis.
