On 7-24-13 I placed an order for a 4 pack of floral sundresses and a beaded halter top dress.
I did not receive a confirmation email and after not receiving my order, I sent am email to customer service on 7-31-13. I was informed by customer service representative "Connie" that my order was being processed and was reassured that it would be arriving soon. On 8-6-13 I received an email from nomorerack.com stating that my order was being cancelled. I contacted customer service again. "Heather" responded by claiming the items were out of stock. She stated that this was a rare occurrence and that I would receive a full refund. I found it odd that if this was so rare, I had it happen to me with 2 different items. I checked my credit card for the refund and found that they had only done a partial refund.
This was not my first negative experience with nomorerack.com. I placed an order a couple of months ago for a 4 pack of floral beach cover up dresses. The order took approximately 4-5 weeks to arrive. I did not receive the item that was advertised. These dresses were very low quality. The material was thin and 3 of the dresses had snags in it. The stitching is coming out on all of the dresses. I contacted nomorerack.com about their return policy, I was told that they do not do returns, but could offer a credit for their site.
From my experience, they post items for sale that are out of stock and misrepresent their items.
