I have been on hold for over an hour and a half waiting to speak with a customer representative in regards to an error Aldo has made on my online purchase.
I ordered a size 10 boot and received today a size 6!! Not only are there no more size 10's available in the boot online, the price has dropped by over 25 dollars since I purchased them a few days ago.
I am also frustrated as I decided to send an email for response and received an auto - reply that the earliest someone would be able to get back to me in within 13-14 DAYS??!!! I am not sure what kind of business prides themselves on a 2 week lag to respond to a paying customer who was given the wrong product by no fault of their own.
I need someone to get back to me asap and fix this issue.
