I have a detailed letter I could submit to you. Basically they are trying to charge me for minutes that were billed to me after my billing cycle was closed. They added them to my next bill approximately 14 days later, that then resulted in putting me over my minutes only 10 days into my next billing cycle. When I tried to resolve was denied to speak with a supervisor on four different occassions within a 24 hour time span. There is more detail to the story which is to long to explain in this email. Hopefully I can speak with someone further.
