My Hughes Net Satellite dish stopped working. When I called, they said it would be $125 to send a technician. When I asked them to just cancel the service instead, they said I had to pay for the remainder of the billing cycle (one more month), which is $69.95. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold, and came back 10 minutes later to say there wasn't any supervisor available.
