I ordered 1000 business cards from Overnight Prints. When I received the cards they were not right, the colors along the edges were cut off. Overnight Prints advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They promise to reprint your order or refund the full purchase price.
When I contacted them about reprinting the order, they told me I had to pay 50% or the original price plus $10 shipping. I wasn't happy about it but I agreed. However, after more than two weeks, I was unable to actually get my order reprinted.
Every email took a minimum or two business days to get a response. When I tried to call I was unable to reach a person. After more than 30 minutes on hold I was still number 15 in line!
We finally reached a point where I thought the order was going to be reprinted but then they wanted more than they originally asked for. I refused.
Finally, after more than two weeks and a dozen or more emails, I told them to forget it, I wasn't paying them another dime. They called, astensibly to straighten things out. They still wanted 50% plus $10 and told them no. They acted like I was being unreasonable. I told them they had jerked me around too much already and I was initiating a charge back on my credit card.
DO NOT do business with these people. I've since found numerous complaints about them on the Internet. Now I am adding mine.
