Called them in Oct 18 with a septic fail and followed there directions to a tee and they never returned a phone call or provided a Tech to come to the site. No tech will deal with them in Vermont as they Rip them off too. This company will steal all the money they can from you till you have a claim and say they don't have to provide you coverage. I canceled them afer my claim and now they tell me I had no Claim because they never acted on it in three months time. What a Rip off. Cancel this policy now if you have it as they will only steal your money and hang up on you. They are thieves and the Ky. BBB does nothing about it. As a matter of fact I don't even see the complaints I have filed up there and the ones that were there have been taken down that I look at a few month ago. FBK sell this policy
