Dear Chewer, our insurance policy is provided through a 3rd party, therefore we do not determine if a claim will be paid out. The entire coverage is listed on our website when you purchase it. It is upto you the consumer to review the policy and make sure it fits your needs. Most insurance companies do not sell a policy that allows you a full refund, because there has been a change of plans. Most insurance is for emergency situations, canceled flights, baggage delay etc. I am sorry that the insurance company denied your claim, but you were provided the coverage details and have 10 days from the date of purchase to ask us for a full refund.
