This company sent adriver who lied to my wife about the price that we had agreed on and took an extra $100. I called the company and complained and the owner said he would send me a check. He never did. I called back repeatedly for months and they said they would send it now. They never did. This company sucks and is a bunch of crooks.

I have not used the limo service but if you ever consider using their auto repair shop, run fast. Horrible experience, unprofessional, employees and managers don't communicate, had to call several times to relay the same information. I was actually afraid to post a review until my car was safely off the lot (the lot they moved my car to without permission) because they were threatening to move mine to a junkyard.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! They came recommended to me by very influential clients & businessmen in the Chicago land area so I had not a worry in the world - BIG MISTAKE! I used them for a very important event, but only 4 people in my party so obviously I requested a TOWN CAR. The driver shows up in a FULL STRETCH limo. I had 3 destinations to go to that night, about 2-3 miles apart in the SAME TOWN. Driver had to ask my party for directions, he had no clue where he was going which was annoying the entire drive. I requested the service for the 2 hour minimum and then would see if I needed to call on a need to know basis - DID NOT WANT A DRIVER ON CALL FOR 6 HOURS - it was not necessary or requested. I was quoted $45 per hour and would not be charged for the STRETCH LIMO - YEAH RIGHT.By the end of my night, my total was $390 PLUS TIP!!! THIS COMPANY LIES AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We attempted to speak with the owner, manager, ANYONE to try and rectify the situation. My husband & I even went into their Schaumburg office on the way to the airport, being promised the owner ARTHUR B. Would be there and have no problem refunding some of our expense.
Needless to say, you know we walked with NOTHING!!! The guy behind the desk claimed to not even speak English nor acknowledge knowing anything we were talking about. OH and the best... No owner is named Arthur there and when we asked who the owner was, they claimed "We don't know!!!"
WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST COMPANY EVER. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND ANY OTHER COMPANY TO WARN OTHER CONSUMERS TO STAY CLEAR FROM THESE THIEVES!!!
And I also want to add if anyone from this horrible company ever reads this, you will not BELIEVE the business you are going to lose. Those WEALTHY influential businessmen who recommended you to me - you just LOST all their business.in this tough economy, that is a shame. Karma is alive!!!

Poor service, the owner of this company - Athur B. Is a CROOK who does not care about drivers and steal their money... Non of them who are good enough is going to work for him...
