I contracted City Lights limo for my wedding. What a mistake.in the May heat, in El Paso, the air conditioning failed to work. The driver could care less. All of my guests endured a sub-standard ride in a limo that I paid $600 for. I called the company and they basically called me a liar.
I am not some kid on his prom night looking for some money back. I am a 10-year military veteran who expects decent service on my wedding day. The owner lied to the BBB about my situation, so it was my word against hers, so you know where that goes. I got $100 back from the company, a slap in the face. Even a full refund wouldn't have satisfied me. Had the owner been responsive and apologized, that would have meant something. But lying about what happened added insult to injury and made the experience that much worse.
My advice: stay away from City Lights Limo. Contact other limo companies for your important event
