Horrible to deal with

Horrible customer service. They claim charges owed. When you ask what they are for there is no response. No one beyond the receptionist is available to answer questions. Don't pay the charges, service disconnected and the collection agency starts calling.

Of course they want to access the system to download their "software". I've asked what and where that is but am hesitant to let them in my home again.
