Tim Grove has falsely claimed himself to be a representative of Bel Air, Los Angeles luxury rental property, carefully and deliberately providing property photos in order to establish confidence and coerce prospective tenants to advance funds necessary to secure such property — iincluding presenting false contracts and accepting deposits and monthly rental fees — paid in good faith and intended for the actual homeowner. He has used access to one particular luxury residence to extensively photograph the property and present himself as trusted and proper real estate "agent" representative, but never forwarding the money to homeowner. There is no confusion about this claim... As Tim has actively claimed absolute authority to encouraged prospective tenant to advance fees and deposits.
