I had a formal party on the 18th of June so I started looking for a new dress to wear on the internet I found www.buypromdresses.co.uk and found a dress on there I loved. I checked how long it takes to get to England 7-15 days, I ordered my dress on 26th May and it was stated on the website they would dispatch the item the next day. There was a note saying dresses can take 18 days to make, although I did not select the "specially" made option and stuck to the standard sizes, so assumed my dress was in stock and ready to ship. I paid 118 for the dress and 51 for shipping, the total was 169. On the 27th of May (the next day) I recieved this email:

I replied saying it was not clear the dress and STANDARD size I chose would have to be made there and then, so I would need a refund. As of now all they are offering is a 30% refund of the dress (not including shipping). When I rang up the person on the phone made no sense at all and hung up on me as in China it was 10:30pm. I am disgusted with how they have treated this situation and they're lack of customer service. I was also told part of the reason I could not get a 100% refund for the dress and shipping, was because the manager was "tired". I have also asked for management contact details and they have refused. I hope someone can help me or give me some advice! Thankyou for reading!
