I am utterly disillusioned with this rotten company. I have used the service for several years and now find that they are ripping the consumer off slowly but surely and on my filing a complaint I was told to go else where if I didn't like it.
They now want extra money to maintain the original phone number. There was a time when the chargers were fair but now the cost per call has skyrocketed while other service providers costs have come down. They want an annual fee now also.
I have recommended the service to many people over the years but now I have to bite the bullet and apologize to them for a knife that is being slowly twisted in their backs.
