I bought the majic jack and when i first logged on I accepted a "1 time offer" for 5 additional years of service for about $60.00. I accepted, put in my credit card info and was charged. The 5 years service was not added to my account and several time consuming bouts with customer service was no help. They scammed me and it seems they have a system to do it by outsourcing the billing, which you do not know until its too late. They do not provide even an address if you want to take them to court etc. They are evil blood sucking rats.
