Along with the other reviews, I was charged $9.99 for months without notice. When I did realize, I called and was told I would not receive a refund. Very rude customer service and after sending 3 emails to them with no response I contacted the Better Business Buraeu. I finally got my refund. You will get charged without knowing it.
