I ordered boots from www.bootsforwomenuk.com. The site said that sitecomplaint.com would handles customer service for all orders so I felt confident in ordering after visiting sitecomplaint.com. I never received my order.
I contacted Sitecomplaint.com by phone and e-mail and they provided me with a fake tracking number. I told them to give me a full refund and then they started saying they are not affiliated with bootsforwomenuk and I should try to get my money back.
Sitecomplaint.com IS a scam company that poses as a independent company that exists to assist customers. The purpose of sitecomplaint is to keep the customer stalled while the credit charges are being processed so the customer won't become suspicious and consequently contact their credit card company to stop the payment from going through.
If you are considering ordering from ANY company that says they use sitecomplaint.com no matter how eloquent or professional the website looks, do NOT purchase anything from that site.
