I accepted two closings for Notary America and both were far distances from my business. One in June and one in July. After repeated requests for payment, constant hedging by whichever girl answers the phone and refusal to let me speak to Lisa, the manager. I have no where else to turn I have never received any payment.
THey owe me $200 which by the looks of all the complaints, I will never receive. I spent many hours for them and have received nothing in return.
The lender is Finance America out of Chicago and I am wondering if contacting them will help.
Notary America will not receive any more free work from me.
