Recently hard evidence has come up for an arrest on the Schriebers, but the Tucson Police and State Attorneys office would like to hear more on this case no matter how old it is.
This lady failed to tell me it was a 1st & 2nd mortgage and failed to pay me for the signings. She has not replied to registered postal mail or to phone calls or emails. After complaining to the Az. Police and BBB, a full investigation is going on due to the number of complaints.
However, the fear is that the police will most likely sit on it even if hard evidence is right there where she works and lives. We need to push this more and need good leadership to make sure they are arrested and charged for their fraudulant and misleading notaries and now a 'charity organization" under a false tax id#, and Lisa is using a "false" ss# as well and claiming "identity theft".
