Moved from floirda to california, paid my bill that was due when i got the service hooked up out here plus was charged for two months that we had no service when we was moving, then when i do make the payments directly to the direct tv website they never honored the payments and now they want me to pay for four months that i know i made payments on cause they are saying my account is over due and if not paid the 10th my services will be interrupted. Plus they are saying that we have to pay for a hook up fee to an address that never existed plus for equipment we don't have. What happened to the advertisment that they are still showing where if you move your equipment hook up is free. Please come on this company is something else looking to get someone else for tv service
